When is the appropriate time that someone can have s*x in a week ? And what style is the appropriate style to use in having s*x for maximum pleasure?

Their no specific answer to that question because their no one right answer. Some could tell that s*x is good twice per week or once every week.
What i do know is that when couples have s*x together it draws them together. Couples or those in a relationship automatically resolves issues when they have s*x together. At that point passion is shared above personal issues.
On the second hand, deterrence from s*x keeps couples apart, stir anger and could lead to infidelity or even divorce
